  • “Member/User”: Any individual or organization (real estate professional, agent, broker, developer, supplier, service provider) who accesses, registers, or interacts with Realty Club.
  • “Platform”: Refers to our website, mobile application, or any other digital or physical medium provided by Realty Club.
  • “Services”: Includes listing properties, accessing real estate contacts, networking, promotions, digital marketing tools, and other related features.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to:

  • Registered real estate agents, brokers, and consultants.
  • Developers and builders operating across India.
  • Property managers, suppliers, interior designers, and other service providers in the real estate ecosystem.
  • Any individual or entity engaged in legal real estate activities.

Users must be above 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements under Indian law.

3. Membership Registration

  • To use the services, users must create an account with accurate and complete information.
  • Realty Club may request verification of identity, business licenses, or other documents.
  • All members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Use of Platform

Members agree to:

  • List only genuine, legal, and verified properties or services.
  • Not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
  • Respect other members' data, privacy, and intellectual property rights.
  • Avoid posting any false, misleading, or discriminatory content.
  • Use the platform solely for business or professional purposes.

5. Content and Listings

  • All property listings, project information, promotional content, or media uploaded must be accurate, lawful, and owned by the member or used with permission.
  • Realty Club is not liable for the authenticity or correctness of content posted by users.
  • By submitting content, the user grants Realty Club the right to use, display, promote, or distribute the content for business purposes.

6. Networking and Interactions

  • Realty Club promotes a professional ecosystem; all communication between members should be respectful and business-oriented.
  • Unsolicited marketing, spam, or harassment through the platform is strictly prohibited.
  • Realty Club may monitor interactions and suspend accounts violating these rules.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Some services may require paid subscriptions, event fees, or promotional charges.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  • Invoices will be provided upon request, and all payments must be made in INR (₹).
  • Realty Club uses secure third-party payment gateways for transactions and does not store sensitive payment information.

8. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Realty Club values the privacy of its users. Personal and business information shared will be used only as per the [Privacy Policy].
  • The company may collect basic analytics data to improve user experience.
  • Users must not share confidential or sensitive data of other members without permission.

9. Termination and Suspension

Realty Club reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any user account without notice if found in violation of these Terms.
  • Remove content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or harmful to the platform or other members.
  • Take legal action against repeat offenders or fraudulent users.

Users may also delete or deactivate their account by contacting customer support.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Realty Club does not guarantee leads, conversions, or results from listings or promotions.
  • The platform acts only as a facilitator and is not involved in any transaction between parties.
  • MHG Technova LLP shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising out of your use of the platform.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, trademarks, content, and technology used on the platform are owned by MHG Technova LLP or its licensors.
  • Users must not copy, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary content without permission.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

  • The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience.
  • Realty Club is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party services.

13. Events, Campaigns, and Promotions

  • Realty Club may organize offline or online events, training sessions, webinars, or campaigns.
  • Participation is voluntary and subject to additional terms provided for each event.
  • Event recordings, photos, or testimonials may be used for promotional purposes.

14. Amendments and Updates

  • Realty Club may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified via email or platform notifications.
  • Continued use after updates implies acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve amicably.
  • If unresolved, the matter will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Courts of Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Compliance with Laws

  • Users agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.
  • Realty Club shall cooperate with legal authorities in case of any investigation or legal action.

17. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MHG Technova LLP, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising due to:

  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Misuse of platform services.
  • Violation of any third-party rights.

18. Force Majeure

MHG Technova LLP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in services due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, regulatory changes, or technical failures.
